Every thought that you think is an idea that is expressing itself through you, because of you, caused by you.
So, as you go through your day today, it might be very helpful indeed to just pay attention to the thoughts that you are thinking and to discern, "Does this thought feel better as I'm thinking it or does it feel worse as I'm thinking it?"
If we were in your physical shoes, we would enjoy those thoughts that feel better and ignore those thoughts that feel worse.
