It may be that, from time to time, that you begin to cultivate a thought that says what you do and how it appears is more important than how it feels in the doing.
It may be, in fact, that you do this quite a bit.
Whatever the case may be, it is our suggestion that, when you notice such a thought, to simply smile to yourself and take a deep breath.
As you notice how sweet the breath is, you've done something quite amazing.
You've allowed yourself to have the thought and to turn in a direction that feels better.
This is quite wonderful, quite simple, and quite easy, indeed.
