We certainly understand the habit you may have of trying to correct your behavior, thinking that this will fix the problem.
But, since there never really is a problem, the uphill climb to change your behavior, while ignoring the vibrational element of all manifestation, is simply a tiresome slog that yields very little other than the temporary satisfaction of having done something and taken action.
If, however, when you notice that you did, or didn't, do something in the way that you were, or weren't, supposed to do, you would decide that, no matter what, there is a perfection here, you might be very delighted with what happens.
To put it simply: instead of a change in behavior, try a change in perception, and let it be just that easy.
You've probably pushed enough rocks uphill by now to know that they only roll back down eventually.
