Right Here, Right Now #326
The past is not nearly as set in stone as many of you seem to believe.
The past is something that you perceive from your now moment. When you have a memory, you are simply thinking a thought right now about something you perceive to have happened in the past.
Since all consciousness is highly fluid, you can shift your perceptions of the past from ones that feel tight and constrained to ones that feel more open and liberating by simply asking yourself this question:
Is it possible that there is a version of this story that feels better than the one I'm remembering?
