What's this about?
If you're looking at your body and thinking there's something wrong with it and that you need to get to work to make those changes, you're doing yourself no favor.
If you will look at your body and see its perfection, then the desire you have for it to be more perfectly perfect will be able to come into your experience.
In this series of 7 daily calls, along with your delicious and powerful questions, we are inviting you to embrace your body as it is and to allow your desire for your body to take shape.
There really is no way for anything that you are criticizing and making wrong to take a shape and a form and an experience that you want.
You can only go from what you have to what you want through your willingness to let what you have be perfect as it is.
Any other approach is likely to be frustrating, a lot of hard work, and, in the end, temporary at best.
In other words, by embracing your body, you give it space to become more of what you desire it to be.
In this series of conversations, we will be going deeper into this idea and, through your questions, showing you how embracing your body as it is now can lead to some very delicious experiences, indeed.
