What's this about?

Contrast is the difference between one thing and another: red being different than orange which is different than yellow and so on.

Unwanted contrast is when what you have is different than what you want and it's different in a way that you don't like.

It's quite likely this needs no further explanation.

In this series of 7 daily conversations, along with your delicious questions and the answers they bring forth, we invite you to utilize the amazing power that comes with noticing unwanted contrast to further amplify the having of what you desire to have.

We're not talking about making lemonade out of lemons, although that can be quite tasty.

We're talking about the fact that things in your life don't always happen in a way that you like and that there is, quite possibly, an overlooked opportunity for you to use those moments very much to your advantage.

The key to this is to be willing to see what is unwanted and then use that awareness in a way that is helpful to you instead of just resigning yourself to the facts on the ground.

There is great power here and it is yours to leverage if you wish.
