What's this about?
In this series of 7 daily conversations, we invite you to simply allow your body be what it is already: your magnificent creation.
When you attempt to improve what you don't like, you get lots and lots of opportunities to continuously make more and more improvements.
But when you step back and give yourself the room to look at your body, or any of your creations, and appreciate it for what it is right now, then you will have more and more opportunities to do that, again and again. That's simply how thoughts work.
In this series of conversations, along with your delicious questions, we will be inviting you to bless your creations, such as your body, and let them tell you of their wondrousness and magnificence right now.
It doesn't matter where you are in relationship to your body, you can always start right now and look at it with fresh eyes.
There is always something that you can amplify about your body that will bring you more and more experiences of how wonderful it already is.
This can, quite literally, change everything.
Not because the change is needed.
But because the change pleases you.
