What’s in a name? Part 2
From Frank: In a previous post, Paul & The Communion of Light wrote about who they are. This a sequel, if you will.
Whenever anyone of you call upon us, you are reaching for the vibration of who we are. You associate us, vibrationally, through the name that you use. And that is the way with all things. Your use of name is akin to a bookmark that you assign to a vibrational relationship you have with that person, place, object, or memory.
And, so, whether you refer to us the Communion of Light, COL, or Paul, it does not matter. Who we are is beyond a name. And that is why we like to refer to you as the idea of who you call yourself. So, for instance, we might refer to Frank as the idea of Frank. We use this phrase to begin to draw a distinction in our conversation with you about the idea of who you believe yourself to be and who you are becoming AND the you that cannot be named because you are indeed a limitless being of light, fully an extension of Source Energy.
But now we want to talk about a man who once walked upon the soil of your planet. This man began his life as the son of a common man. And, with the desire to educate himself, he became a teacher and what you might refer to as an attorney or a lawyer. This man made his way about the people, being certain of their adherence to the law. For reasons that were not clear to him at that time, he felt a great duty to adhere not only to the spirit of the law but also the letter.
In doing so, he found himself in situations that seemed to contradict each other. For he had been told to love his fellow man but also to insure that his fellow man did not stray outside of the law. And he found it necessary, in his servitude of the law, to bring pain and discomfort to those he knew, deep within himself, he was to love. Love was commanded to him. And he sought to fulfill all these commandments and keep the law.
One day, as he walked along the road, he encountered what he later remembered to be a bright light. And, out of that light, appeared a man he knew not. This man, seemingly appearing out of nowhere, began to speak. While our friend did not understand all of his words, for he seemed to speak in a foreign tongue, he understood the meaning of those words. And he saw in his heart the source of all his pain. He had persecuted the people for their failure to follow the law. He had put the law in front of all things and did not seek to follow his heart, wherein he would later find a great source of loving kindness.
And, as he stood on that road, blinded by this light, deafened by a tongue he could not understand, his heart opened and he felt the direct connection with Source Energy that is often referred to as a miracle by those who cannot otherwise describe such a thing. As his heart opened, he could feel the sins of his past melting away, one by one. He knew, in a flash, the perfection of his life. And, for a time, he remembered his connection to this man who stood in front of him, offering not a vision of a perfected life to be had in the future but rather a mirror that reflected back the magnificence of our friend.
After a time, the light faded and his vision returned. He began to understand the speech of those around him who sought to aid him. And he knew that his life had changed unalterably.
Now, some of you will recognize this story and some of you will not. We do not share this story in order to prove anything or to ask you to believe this or that. For it is truly immaterial. We ask only that you see yourselves in this story. That, in your desire for the understanding of who you are, you will find this clarity and presence. And you will realize, as this man, our friend, never truly could, that this moment that we described, this miraculous moment, is available to you always.
When you turn your attention to the thought that feels better, you are making room in your experience for the you that cannot be named. This is nothing self-centered, at least not in the way that you think about it; rather it is a declaration of the essential truth of your being. You have been created in the image and likeness of your Creator. And you are imbued with all of your Creator’s qualities and characteristics.
And, so, in our small way, we want to introduce you to Paul. While you may think of him as a singular being, or a man from a time long ago, he is the voice for our Communion of Light. He speaks gently, seeking only to remind you of the truth of who you are. You are far beyond the need for teachers or healing, for you draw both learning and the restoration of wellbeing to you as you focus upon them. Once and again, you will find it helpful and delightful to spend time with us. And we will always delight in that experience with you. But, know this: you are gods.
I was wondering about this just yesterday. Hmmmm.
Apostle Paul has been in the dialogue powerfully for me over the last few weeks in thought provoking and conflicted ways. The message expanded as I continued to mull it over,and as things began to clear,I am suddenly drawn to read the words of the Communion of Light. Finding Paul here? Of course…I am surprised at how unsurprised I am…I am so interested to hear the what he has to tell us! thank you for sharing your Light…
