Being easy-peasy about it all
We know that you see what your physical eyes show you. And we know that, from your more narrow focus in this time and space awareness, that everything seems to be moving ahead whether you want to go with it or not.
And yet… If you stop for a moment and pay attention, you will notice that your thoughts have given birth to your experience.
And so what to do? Do you deny the existence of the “reality” that your senses dictate to you? Should you completely ignore what you have been trained to use as your measuring stick of what to say, what to do, where to go, and how to feel?
We would recommend that you be easy-peasy about it all. You can gently move yourself into that place where you want to be — feeling more and more in control of your experience, not in the sense of controlling it, but in the sense that you get the more and more comfortable, easy, gentle awareness that all is well and that because you are more and more relaxed about what you see, and what you observe, that you are feeling better and better.
We always say that your physical reality is a very good place to start from when you are wanting to boost your vibration into alignment with your Higher Self. When you look at and begin to appreciate things you can observe with your eyes and touch with you hands, you will begin to feel better — meaning that your vibration is rising. And, as that happens, you can then turn your attention to less tangible matters, such as how you feel about past events, or what you perceive in your troublesome neighbor.
Our friends Abraham call this getting into the vortex. We prefer to say that you are lining up with your Higher Self. Whatever you call it, be easy about getting there. Find something in your physical environment that you trust, that you love, that you find to be adorable, that you cannot help but smile about… and this will bring you into alignment with your Higher Self. Why? Because you are now observing this thing the way that Source observes you: perfect, amazing, fabulous, beloved.
So, be easy-peasy with it all. Don’t try to solve any problem when you are feeling bad and your vibration is contracted. Expand your vibration through this simple act of physical appreciation. And then you will be amazed, over and over, at how clearly you see what before was so muddled and gray and disheartening.
