One of the fastest ways we know to let go of something unwanted, whether it's an experience, a memory, an aspect of a relationship, or a tangible object is to look it squarely in the face and realize that you are the one who has created this. And it's ok if you don't like the fact that you created it. And it's ok if you can't quite ok that you don't like the fact that you created it. But once you do this, once you make peace with the what-is of your creation, now is the time to turn and ask the question, "What do I want from here?" And be persistent in asking this question because that asking, even more than the answer itself, is the key to your freedom and will line you up powerfully with your vast vibrational storehouse.
