Getting more clients for your business
No matter how many clients you have on your books, there are always more people out there who want to connect with you.
The more you are in love with what you do and notice how perfect your client relationships already are, the more client relationships you will have.
You know — it’s really that simple.
Paul has been talking with us for a while about The Network.
The Network is this:
The interconnected web of all the ideas, people, and things in your personal universe.
The Network is connected by love.
Not romantic love, but the love that is the binding structure of the All-That-Is.
As you connect with The Network, you will find all manner of inspiration arising to solidify and expand your relationships of all stripes, including your client relationships.
The only limit to your client relationships is what you will allow.
Connecting with The Network can help you deepen your allowing, inspire you to take just the right action, and lead you in the direction of what you’re wanting more of
I assume what you want, in the area of your business, is more clients, improving relationships, and increasing revenues — you know: the good stuff!
I really want to suggest that you explore more and more about The Network that you’ve already created.
Here are some ways to do that:
- Think about this concept; turn it over in your mind (Ask open-ended questions like: What does this mean to me? Is this really true for me? Can I feel/imagine/visualize this concept easily?)
- Find ways to fall in love with your existing client relationships (Does that feel weird? Appreciate them. It’s the same thing.)
- Dream about the new relationships that are coming (Hey — they already exist, but you knew that already, right?)
And you have options…
Some time ago, Chip Engelmann (who has a very cool new blog, by the way) sat down and interviewed Paul about The Network.
Introducing The Network was the very awesome result. Get instant access to this conversation (and listen to some samples).
Here’s to you having more of what you want!!
With much love and appreciation,
Frank
On the road again
I’m about to get on the road again… Heading back to New York, New England, and Canada.
Woo hoo!
I don’t know about you but I love being on the open road. Ask any of my family members (and their spouses) and they will tell you we Butterfields seem to have a genetic predisposition to long-distance driving.
My grandfather Butterfield drove trucks starting in the late 1920s. I remember him talking about the trucks that had canvas doors and getting stuck in the mud of a rained-out dirt road and how the farmers would give him a hard time when they brought their mules and horses over to help pull him out.

Fortunately, things have changed a lot and I only expect to encounter one dirt road on my travels: on the way to a very special place in the mountains of Vermont that I’ve been invited to. Although crossing the Mississippi might be interesting — I’ll be doing so at Vicksburg and it’s already above flood stage but they have a very high bridge there.
When I’m on the road, I feel the change in the weather and the scenery and the environment very acutely. After a day or two, the cobwebs clear and I get into a zone that feels deliciously connected. I use that time to let go of old, unwanted thoughts and to dream about the future. But, mostly, I enjoy the adventure and the powerful now moment as each mile unfolds.
I discovered last year, on my previous road trip, that I love the journey between two spots (like Austin and Manhattan) and all the interesting things that can happen along the way. But I’m not the kind of person who can point the car west and just see what happens. I might become that person, but I’m not there right now. And that’s ok.
I love that there is a place that I’m going when I get on the road.
Whether it’s my oldest friend (well, he’s not old; we’ve just known each other for 30 years), who’s waiting for me in Manhattan and whom I always love to see in person…
Or whether it’s new friends, like so many people I met out on Long Island, in New York, Albany, Norwalk, Attleboro, Montreal, and Ottawa… all of whom I met last year and I didn’t get to spend nearly enough time with…
Or whether it’s people I have only talked to on the phone or connected with online…
Or, and especially this: the people I don’t know yet but that I know I will get to meet.
I love that I get to go to these places and meet these people and fall in love with each of them. Because that’s what it’s like to be a channel.
When the Communion of Light vortex opens and Paul begins to speak through me, I just fall in love with everyone who’s in the room. I really noticed this at our Austin workshop last month.
And I can’t wait for all the workshops that are coming up, both here in Texas, and on the road, because it’s just about the best thing ever to share this time with all of the amazing people who are there along the way.
So, what happens at these workshops? I like to call them experiences, because that’s what they really are.
We’ve got some videos coming out in a day or two where people at the Austin workshop give tell you what it was like (I think you’ll love them).
Here’s a clip from the Austin workshop on April 9th so you can see a bit of it (more of these will be coming out soon):
Oh, and you can now order the full set of audio recordings from the April 9th workshop if you’d like.
But, here’s what I notice:
The energy changes. Now, I know that’s not a very objective statement. In fact’s it’s a highly subjective thing to say. But the energy in the room (whether it’s a living room, a meeting space, a theater, wherever) changes when the Communion of Light vortex opens up.
And that vortex comes together the way it does because of all the delicious desires (and contrast) that each person attending brings into the room. If you’ve been to one of these events, then you know what I mean.
Here’s another thing: your questions get answered.
One very nice aspect of the COL Experience is that each person who asks a questions gets their very specific question answered. Paul rarely talks to the room. They talk specifically to the person asking the question. But the thing is: even if you never raise your hand, your questions will be answered. It will feel like they are talking directly to you.
As Paul says all the time, they are neither teachers nor healers. They are here to remind us of who we are. And they do that in all sorts of fun and interesting and (to me, at least) endlessly fascinating ways.
I hope you can join us for one of these upcoming events. It is definitely worth the investment of doing so.
If you can make it, I look forward to seeing you soon.
And, if you can’t, I’ll be posting from the road so you can see what’s happening.
It’s going to be delicious!
