Honoring your preferences
Your preferences are the very way that you sculpt your reality.
You have a preference for one thing but are experiencing something different, so you notice the vibrational difference between the two.
Is this a reason to panic? We would say definitely not.
It is a reason to turn more into the direction of what you are wanting.
We invite you to welcome the contrast because it is very specifically showing you very clearly what you want and what you don’t want.
In knowing what you don’t want, you can easily turn in the direction of what you do want.
Consider this: if you are drinking a cup of tea, perhaps it may be too cold or perhaps it may be too hot.
Do you panic upon noticing the difference? No, you either allow it to be what it is, toss it away, or take some aligned action to shift its temperature.
You know the action is aligned because you find a way into your desired and preferred experience of this cup of tea.
Now, from a non-physical perspective you could say that it doesn’t matter whether the tea is hot or cold because after all you’re going to croak and we’re all one and it’s all good, so why do you care?
And this type of reductionist thinking might bring relief but we notice this is actually a way of trying to avoid disappointment by saying that you don’t really care what happens when in fact you care very much but are trying to manage the situation so as to have as little pain as possible.
This may be convoluted a bit upon reading, but it is pretty much an accurate description of how many things are managed.
If you can avoid an unwanted outcome, then you’re willing to endure a small stream of misery in the bargain.
We suggest you walk away from this contract, for it is certainly no bargain.
We suggest that you realize your preferences are some of the most powerful tools at your disposal.
We suggest that you begin to actively and deliberately create your reality and honor your preferences in so doing.
You came forth not to emerge into alignment with others but to experience the uniqueness of you, the idea given birth to by a magnificent being.

A day to savor
Saturday was a magical day
There’s just no other way to say it.
In case you missed it, we had our first fully-produced workshop here in Austin.
It’s hard, sometimes, to accurately convey what it’s like to channel and to translate energy.
In the past, I’ve likened it to knitting while sitting in a crowded room with people moving around and talking. I hear what’s being said but I don’t pay much attention to it unless something catches my attention.
But Saturday something else happened. Something wonderful.
After everyone had left and the production team was all packed up, someone asked me what it was like.
I suddenly realized that the feeling I used to have of watching from a distance had changed. Standing on the stage and translating the vibration of Paul & The Communion of Light who were interacting with each person had a powerful vibration that was both immediate and eternal.
I can feel it right now, while I’m typing. I hope you can feel it too as you’re reading these words…
Immediate and eternal. Like the present moment was so vibrantly alive that the past was insignificant and the future was being created right then and there.
Immediate and eternal. From where I stood, I could palpably feel the amazing and delightful universe that each workshop participant was creating, right there, in the powerful Communion of Light vortex.
Immediate and eternal. It was nearly beyond joyful to watch relief arrive, again and again, for each person who came up with a question and allowed themselves to ride the waves of their own creation.
As someone said on Saturday, the in-person experience of being with Paul & The Communion of Light is much more than the delicious interactions we have in The Village.
As wonderful as our weekly Q&A calls and different courses are, being physically present for the experience is even better.
There’s just no other way to say this: I am totally and completely in love with how endlessly fascinating and awe-inspiring it is to be translating the Communion of Light vibration and allowing Paul to speak through me.
The fascination is not so much in what they say. The fascination is in the immediacy and eternalness of the moments that each person who sits in the chair allows themselves to have.
Wow!
The Universe orchestrated it perfectly
I really wanted the room to be full. And I was terrified it wouldn’t be.
It wasn’t full. But the perfect people were there.
I can’t even begin to describe how clear this was once I was on stage.
In fact, my perspective on “sold out” was really shifted once I saw the room the way that Paul saw the room.
There can be no doubt that the perfect folks were there. Including, by the way, my mother. Which was just about the best gift ever.
The flow to the questions and the way each person was able to participate exactly how they wished was amazing to behold from where I stood.
In fact, as I’m writing this, I’m in deep appreciation for all who showed up and how that worked and how beautifully the whole day came together on that level.
A production masterpiece
From a technical perspective, the workshop on Saturday was wonderfully orchestrated by the combined vision of the production team.
Belinda & Michael Morris, Vicky & Donny Greenway, and Mark Meyers did an amazing job of pulling this all together. From the venue (upgraded, of course, by the hotel) to the sound and video, to the feeling of just being in the room, these powerful master manifestors brought it all together with their clear intention and graceful actions.
We also had two delightful volunteers, Flavia Daay and Mari Anoran, who helped with the nitty-gritty details.
And, although this probably doesn’t count as a technical detail, there was a moment when I was feeling a bit overwhelmed by it all and I asked both Belinda and Michael if it was all ok.
Belinda, I believe, although I don’t exactly remember, threatened me with bodily harm, which was exactly the right thing to do. I don’t think I’ll need a reminder again.
I suddenly remembered that this event was being orchestrated primarily by the single organizing principle of the Universe and that my only job was to get on stage and let it happen. I did and it did. And all was well. And kept getting better and better.

The Communion of Light Experience
Wednesday night was just about the most fun I’ve ever had.
No, it was not a romantic rendez-vous, although there was a lot of love in the air!
And, no, it didn’t involve an amusement park, although I did feel like I was on a wonderful ride!
It was a preview workshop here in Austin. We were previewing the upcoming workshop on Saturday.
Such a lovely, lovely evening it was. Juicy questions with wonderful, uplifting, inspiring, and expansive answers.
And we only just got started when it was over.
Just when I was thinking I might want to get a bit disappointed, I remembered there’s a whole lot more where that came from!
So, I want to personally invite you to join us on Saturday, April 9th, in Austin for this one-of-a-kind event: The Communion of Light Experience.
What I think you will enjoy the most out of it is the very delicious time spent in the Communion of Light vortex.

I Love My Body
Those have been very hard words for me to say in the past.
And they are not always true, even in this moment as I write this.
But I do know that whenever we come together in the powerful Communion of Light vortex, amazing things happen and the difficult gets easier and the thorny questions find a delicious resolution.
